These terms and conditions apply to all technical installation services for homes offered by Parstesisat S.R.L. By using our services, you agree to these terms. "Services" refers to installation, maintenance, repair, and consultancy work for technical systems in homes.

Parstesisat S.R.L. undertakes to perform the services professionally, in accordance with current technical standards. The Client is obliged to provide the necessary access to the installations and all information relevant for the correct functionality of the works. The Client is responsible for the safety of their property during the execution of the services.

Service prices are communicated in advance, based on a price quote. Payment is made according to the terms stipulated in the invoice. Any modifications to the works requested by the client after acceptance of the quote may lead to an adjustment of the final price.

The works benefit from a warranty of operation as per the contract. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the respective service. We are not liable for indirect damages or consequences of incorrect use of the installations by the client.

A party may terminate the contract in writing, with prior notice. Parstesisat S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these terms. The updated version will be published on our website, parstesisat.com. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
